Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange after reviewing your request.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- If applicable, include clear photos of the product.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The error was made by Gulposh Industries.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to separate return conditions based on the purchase agreement. Please contact our sales team for assistance before returning any wholesale products.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return procedure.
