- At Gulposh Industries and Gulposh Luxe, we take pride in the meticulous craftsmanship of our leather apparel and sports equipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
- Returns for Retail Orders
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at sales@gulposhindustries.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for sizing issues on standard apparel items.
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your exchange requirements.
- Custom-manufactured items or bulk wholesale orders are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Manufacturing Defects
- We stand by the durability of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately with supporting photographs.
- We will provide a replacement or a refund for any verified manufacturing defects.
- Wholesale Returns
- Returns for wholesale orders are handled on a case-by-case basis as per our wholesale agreement.
- Please reach out to your dedicated account representative or email us at sales@gulposhindustries.com to discuss any concerns regarding your bulk order.
- Important Note
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
